We Promise
- That your enquiry and arrangements will be looked after by a professional events team.
- All meeting & event rooms will be set up and ready to use at least 30 minutes prior to your contracted arrival time – or you will not pay for the room hire element of your stay.
- Efficiency - You will receive a committed and efficient response at every stage, from enquiry right up to the delivery of your event and we will contact you for feedback the very next day.
- To pay commission to agents within 10 working days from receipt of invoice
- To respond to your enquiry within 2 hours - if this is not met you’ll get one free delegate space for every working day that your details are late
- Responsibility / Honesty – To ensure that you receive the best value at all times, there will be no hidden costs. We will make recommendations throughout the planning process to help you to keep to your budget.
- That all event costs will be clearly itemised within your initial event proposal
- That our accounts department will contact you within 3 working days of receipt of any invoice queries - or you will get 2% off your account

- To offer the organiser the best bedroom available at the hotel, offer assistance with bags and where possible reserved parking - or you will not pay for the organisers room

- There will be an immediate call facility within your meeting room
- On-site AV assistance will be available on request to ensure all equipment will be in good working order - or you will get free equipment hire
- Flexibility – We understand that your requirements may change at the last minute; our professional team will meet your needs and help you to deliver a successful event.
- That as an organiser, you will receive a detailed breakdown of your event 72 hours prior to your arrival.
- That all meals and breaks will be delivered where, when and how you want them – or the relevant part of that meal will not be charged
