The launch of an exciting new range of food options for your delegates reflects our insight into the way delegates work and graze to maintain blood sugar and mental agility.

The new Arrival Menu is a late breakfast with a contemporary twist. Options such as fruit and breakfast kebabs as well as favourites such as breakfast baguettes and cheese and ham croissants will ensure the best start to the day – with an added incentive to arrive early!

Morning and afternoon breaks consist of fresh fruit, a warm savoury option and bite-size sugar treats to keep you going. Four lunch options of healthy nutritional dishes keep today’s lifestyles in mind.

A variety of dishes, hot or cold from the buffet, which include an assortment of breads, soup, salads, hot nutritional dishes, vegetarian options and delicious desserts.

Conference lunch

Served within a designated break-out area. You can choose from a range of dishes such as tartlets, brochettes, feature salads and a hot dish rounded off with a mouth-watering dessert.

Working lunches

Delivered on time to your meeting room a choice of deli-style sandwiches, brochettes, salads and hot savoury options.

We Promise

  • That your enquiry and arrangements will be looked after by a professional events team.
  • All meeting & event rooms will be set up and ready to use at least 30 minutes prior to your contracted arrival time – or you will not pay for the room hire element of your stay.
  • Efficiency - You will receive a committed and efficient response at every stage, from enquiry right up to the delivery of your event and we will contact you for feedback the very next day.
  • To pay commission to agents within 10 working days from receipt of invoice
  • To respond to your enquiry within 2 hours - if this is not met you’ll get one free delegate space for every working day that your details are late
  • Responsibility / Honesty – To ensure that you receive the best value at all times, there will be no hidden costs. We will make recommendations throughout the planning process to help you to keep to your budget.
  • That all event costs will be clearly itemised within your initial event proposal
  • That our accounts department will contact you within 3 working days of receipt of any invoice queries - or you will get 2% off your account

  • On-site AV assistance will be available on request to ensure all equipment will be in good working order - or you will get free equipment hire

  • That as an organiser, you will receive a detailed breakdown of your event 72 hours prior to your arrival.
