Team Dynamix

Team Dynamix is a broad and varied tool-kit of team interventions, games and exercises all designed to develop key attributes of effective team behaviour whilst being great fun. Team Dynamix is very flexible. It can be used piece-meal throughout a conference / event day and or it works well as a single, stand alone block of activity lasting anything from 1 hour to a full day. Team Dynamix works brilliantly to motivate teams, it is great for having fun, for bonding teams and is always presented in a light hearted and competitive fashion. It’s really like a cross between a game show, a quiz night, a training session, a fun-day and a workshop and its strength is that it never feels like work!

All activities within Team Dynamix are designed so that they can strategically tie in with pretty much any specific communication or development agenda and provide a platform for measurement and action based learning where required. In essence Team Dynamix really explores how teams work together whilst having a lot of fun.

Art Challenge

Art Challenge: this activity is superb for motivating and bringing groups, teams or individuals together and getting them all to work effectively as one unified team. It is ideal for groups large or small and the end result of this activity is quite simply - awe-inspiring!

The Challenge revolves around the concept of everyone working together to create a giant masterpiece, a painting on a massive scale. The power of this Challenge lies in the fact that the delegates have no idea what they are painting until it is revealed at the end. Often the picture is by a well known artist (Picasso, Leger, Kandinski etc) or it can be a photograph or even a uniquely commissioned piece for that specific event.

The impact and unique significance of the Art Challenge is that it is cleverly designed so that despite everyone’s best intentions they will start off competing in teams and end up organically working together as one unified team. The end result – the painting – then serves as a permanent icon to powerful and effective teamwork. This is arguably the perfect team build especially for larger groups.

Ice Cream Challenge

Just One Cornetto, give it to me”….... Ice Cream Challenge! This event combines product R&D, brand strategy and team dynamics to create optimum team performance (and you get to eat some ice cream!!)

In this activity teams have to make and promote a new product. Teams are informed that they have just been taken over and the new owners have changed their line of business to become an ice cream manufacturing company. They must now develop a new product for the World Food Fair - an ice cream!

Teams have very limited time to create a new recipe, actually make real ice cream using the equipment provided – then package and promote it. Judging will be based on taste, packaging, the commerciality of their marketing plans and the TV commercial with jingle that they will have filmed and / or performed live

Many aspects of team performance are touched on here including: communication, customer centricity, resource management, leadership, teamwork, empathy, interdependence, trust, creativity, problem solving, discovery (i.e. getting to know your colleagues) and having fun.

Off Limits Corporate Events

Off Limits Corporate Events have a range of team building games and exercises that are designed to cater for a wide range of needs.
